All items are made to order and printed on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item, email us at bsb.crisa@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, and include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item showing the damage or defect
Because items are produced individually, there is no need to return the product to us — once we verify the issue, we'll reprint and reship it or refund you.
